IMPORTANT NOTICE - Starting July 15, 2026, Cité+ will be gradually replaced by a new digital service, CitéMTL. During this transition, it will no longer be possible to pay subscription fees or make new deposits into your Cité+ virtual wallet.
Do you have funds available in your Cité+ virtual wallet? Continue using the service until they are depleted, until the end of your subscription, or until Cité+ closes on September 30, 2026. After that date, the virtual wallet balance and the remaining portion of your annual subscription will be refunded to one of the credit cards you used for transactions in Cité+.
For clients authorized to use CitéMTL—namely lawyers, mortgage lenders, and notaries—who wish to replenish their virtual wallet or renew their subscription, they will be able to subscribe to the new digital service as soon as it is launched. The subscription process will soon be described on the dedicated page on Montréal.ca, which will be updated when CitéMTL goes live.
Other professions will be able to use Evalweb
, a free online service that allows them to consult property assessment roll data for properties in the Greater Montreal area.
