Registration procedures

The cost of registration with CITÉ+ is CAD $167.60 per year, which gives you access to the online service. Each transaction is also invoiced at a cost of CAD $8.10.

You can pay on line by credit card.

A minimum amount of CAD $20 must be paid into your client account before you submit your first request. A sum of CAD $8.10 will be debited to your account for each transaction. Your new account balance will be displayed immediately on screen.


⚠IMPORTANT NOTICE

Cité+ will gradually be replaced by a new digital service, CitéMTL. In the meantime, Cité+ remains fully operational and should continue to be used for your regular transactions.

If your subscription is about to expire, you may renew it to maintain access to the service. Similarly, if you need to add funds to your virtual wallet, you may do so as needed. Upon the closure of Cité+, any unused portion of your annual subscription as well as the remaining balance in your virtual wallet will be refunded to you.
