Consultation informatisée sur la taxation et l'évaluation
CITÉ+ provides information on taxation and on real estate and rental valuation for all property located within the Montréal agglomeration.
CITÉ+ users are exclusively real estate professionals: real estate agents, architects, lawyers, builders, mortgage brokers, chartered appraisers, notaries, etc.
The service is accessible from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
To access the online information provided by Ville de Montréal on taxation and valuation, you must register. The conditions are explained in detail in the registration contract. Registration can be carried out directly on line.
Since October 5, 2026, Cité+ has been gradually replaced by a new digital service, CitéMTL. It is no longer possible to pay Cité+ subscription fees or add funds to your account. Go to CitéMTL to subscribe.
Do you have funds available in your Cité+ account?
Continue using the service until your funds are depleted, your subscription ends, or Cité+ closes on November 24, 2026, whichever comes first. After that, the balance of your virtual wallet and the unused portion of your annual subscription will be refunded to one of the credit cards you used for transactions in Cité+.
Eligible CitéMTL clients will be able to subscribe to the new service and, among other things, add funds to their virtual wallet. Information on how to subscribe to CitéMTL is available on the service's page on Montréal.ca.
Professionals who are not eligible and who wish to consult property assessment roll data for a property located within the Montréal agglomeration will be able to use the free online service, Evalweb.
