To use the CITÉ+, service, it is essential to navigate with Microsoft Explorer, and to have the version that contains a 128-bit cryptographic protocol. The versions with this protection are Microsoft Explorer: version 5.5 for Windows, version 5.0 for Macintosh.

Previous versions of these navigators may have insufficient information protection. To update, go to the Microsoft Web site and download the desired version.

JAVA et JAVAScript should be activated. Your screen should display at least 256 colours and have a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels.

To question CITÉ+, you must accept witnesses, commonly called “cookies”. Your navigator is configured, by default, to accept these cookies. However, some Web surfers modify their system so as to refuse them.
